All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that this time is necessary to allow for personalization and custom packing of each product. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us at annasbearnest@gmail.com.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at annasbearnest@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
